Model pages: specs, probe fit, what to check used, then quotes.

How it works

You post one request for a new, preowned or rental ultrasound machine and receive multiple quotes from vendors.

Shopping for an ultrasound machine usually means calling distributors one at a time, waiting on each quote, and never knowing whether the price you settled on was the best one out there. Here you describe the ultrasound system you need once — a specific model, or just the kind of machine and what you’ll be scanning — and vendors quote on your request.

View each quote in your dashboard: the price, the condition, and what’s included — warranty, probes, service, delivery. You compare them side by side and reply only to the vendors you choose. Until you do, no vendor sees who you are.

Pick one or more.

What will you be scanning?

No obligation · vendors never see your contact info until you reply.

The three steps

  1. Describe the ultrasound machine you need

Choose whether you want to buy a new ultrasound machine, buy preowned or refurbished, or rent. If you have not decided, pick more than one.

You add the specialty and the delivery ZIP; the budget and timeline are optional. Then you choose a portable or a cart-based system, and can name a preferred model or stay open to equivalents. The probes and exam types you need, a trade-in and notes are optional too.

For a rental, you can give the term and the start date, and say whether you want the option to purchase at the end of the term.

  2. Get multiple quotes from vendors

Vendors quote on your request, and each quote holds for 14 days unless the vendor sets another date. While quoting is open, a vendor can still correct or withdraw its quote.

  3. Compare the quotes and choose a vendor

A vendor can quote a close equivalent or a different probe set instead of the exact model you named. You see which model each quote is for, and its new price where the vendor gave one. Once quoting closes, you reply to the vendors you choose.

What happens after you submit

When you submit

No vendor has seen your request yet, and your name and email are not part of it.

Then

Once your request reaches vendors, they have 3 days to quote. We email you when the first quote arrives and when quoting closes.

As quotes arrive

Quotes collect in your dashboard, where you can print them or forward them to whoever signs off.

What vendors see, and when

Vendors quote on your request without your name, and only a vendor you reply to learns who you are.
